Emotions can be challenging to deal with by yourself. We can all use some professional support during difficult times. I am happy to help if you are experiencing:

  • Low moods, depression, or sadness
  • Anxiety, fear, panic, or trauma related issues.
  • Stress at work, workplace issues.
  • Relationship or personality challenges

MY STORY

Growing up in Taiwan, I deeply appreciate the value of Kotahitanga (i.e., “unity”, or “用 和 平 彼 此 聯 絡”) for the long-term prosperity of humanity. This core value has served me well while in Taiwan, the United States of America, New Zealand, and Australia.

As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in addressing identity and developmental challenges, cultural and sexual or gender diversity issues, cultural integration, psychological trauma, and identity development. Whether you’re feeling down or anxious, unsure about the future, or just not living the life you envisioned, I am here to support you.

As a bi-cultural practice, I believe in true partnership and collaboration to promote your mental health and well-being. I value the socio-economic, neurological, sexual or gender diversity and cultural differences, and I do not allow any of these differences to divide us and compromise the care we deliver. Here, you will be welcomed with the utmost respect and professionalism.

I strive to promote the holistic and evidence-based approach of services, and to encourage the integration of minority cultural values and modern scientific paradigms in the application of psychological practice.

I understand the importance of connection and comprehension. I am proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, ensuring effective communication throughout your care. Beyond contemporary therapy, I provide diagnostic assessments for a number of mental health challenges, equipping you with essential insights.

As a registered provider for MediCare and WorkCover (Victoria WorkSafe & NSW SIRA), you may be eligible for rebates or private insurance coverage if referred by your GP.

Embark on your journey to a brighter future in this nurturing space of healing.
